As a vital social infrastructure, we implement the following infection prevention and spread control measures to ensure safe and secure rental car use for our customers.

  • Regular Interior Cleaning

    Rest assured, our rental cars are regularly and thoroughly cleaned by staff using disinfectants. We use sodium hypochlorite-based disinfectants, recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, at safe concentrations.

    We rarely acquire off-lease vehicles; over 80% of our fleet consists of new cars, ensuring excellent condition.

  • Staff Health Management

    All employees strictly manage their health. Any staff feeling unwell refrains from work and self-isolates at home.

  • Anti-bacterial & anti-viral
    coating for a comfortable cabin!

    Anti-bacterial and anti-viral components adhere to the car interior for long-lasting protection. The interior is coated with safe ingredients, gentle on both people and cars, to prevent the growth of viruses and bacteria.
