Sapporo Rent-a-Car offers a "Vehicle Delivery Service" where we prepare a car in advance and deliver it to your specified location in Sapporo City and its vicinity (Chitose, Otaru, Iwamizawa areas, etc.).
The delivery fee is 1,650 yen (tax included) for Sapporo City and 6,600 yen (tax included) for the Sapporo vicinity (Chitose, Otaru, Iwamizawa areas, etc.). These are one-way fees.

※Deliveries to the Chitose area are not available inside New Chitose Airport; we recommend pick-up/drop-off at the adjacent JR Minami-Chitose Station. Please note that vehicle delivery service may not be available depending on reservation status.

First, please make a reservation and payment in advance.

At that time, please provide your desired location, such as an address, "●● Hotel Lobby," or "Chitose area." We will then contact you with details, including confirmation.

Please come to the designated location on the day.

Vehicle pick-up/drop-off may be difficult depending on your specified location.
In such cases, we will designate a pick-up/drop-off location as close as possible to your specified location.

Hand over keys, procedure complete.

We will hand over the keys and complete the delivery on the spot. That's all there is to the procedure.
After that, simply return the car to the designated location by the return date.
