About Reservations

How do I make a reservation?

Please fill out and submit the "Reservation Application" form. We will reply with a reservation confirmation email within 24 hours (excluding holidays).
Access the payment page URL provided in the reply email, enter your credit card information, and once payment is complete, your reservation will be confirmed.

*If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact us by phone.
*If your desired reservation time is within 48 hours, please contact us by phone.

What do I need on the rental day?

Please bring the driver's license of everyone who plans to drive when you visit (at vehicle handover).
To ensure safe and comfortable use of our rental cars, we will record some information from your driver's license.

How do I cancel a reservation?

Cancellations and reservation changes are accepted only by phone. If you cancel a reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply. If we do not hear from you more than one hour after your reservation time, it will be processed as a "reservation cancellation."

2 days to 1 day before departure: 30% of basic fee
On the day of departure: 50% of basic fee (up to 6,000 yen)

Can I rent a car without a reservation?

You can use a rental car on the day if there is a vehicle available at the store. However, if there are no vehicles available, you cannot use one. Also, you may not be able to choose your desired vehicle type, so we recommend making an early reservation.

Can I rent for 2 months or more?

For customers wishing to rent for 2 months or more, please contact us by phone for details. 011-781-2951We look forward to your call.

*If renting for 6 months or more, inspections and tire changes will be required, so you will need to visit the sales office regularly.

About Payment

What are the payment methods?

Payment is by credit card lump sum only. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.

When should I pay?

Customers who booked online should access the URL in the reservation confirmation email and enter their credit card information. The card usage date will be your departure date. For reservations made by phone, please pay by credit card at each store before departure. Additionally, please settle any excess time charges or fuel costs at each store upon return. For long-term rentals such as weekly or monthly plans, if the extension becomes long-term, you may be asked to settle the payment once. Please consult with the rental store.

Can I pay by credit card in installments or with bonus payments?

Payment is limited to a single lump sum.

Are there additional charges based on mileage?

There are no additional charges based on mileage.

Do prices change seasonally?

There are no seasonal price fluctuations. You can use our services at the same rate all year round, summer or winter.

Are there discounts for long-term use?

We offer weekly (1 week) and monthly (1 month) rates. Longer rentals are more economical. (Price list here) You can use the cheaper of the daily rate or the weekly/monthly rate for your rental period.

Can I specify a vehicle model?

In principle, reservations are made for a specified class based on vehicle size. This increases vehicle turnover efficiency and allows us to offer competitive prices.
However, depending on reservation availability, we may be able to provide your desired vehicle model. Please inquire when making your reservation.

Can I rent for just one day?

Reservations are also available on a daily basis. (Standard Price List)
For a 6-day rental, if the weekly rate is more economical, we will apply the lower rate.
Also, for rentals of one week or more, or one month or more, daily extensions are available, so please consult us.

Are child seats available?

Child seats are available for 110 yen (tax included) per day of use. Please request one when making your reservation.
Please note that the number of child seats available for rental is limited. We apologize if we cannot meet your request.

Are car navigation systems equipped?

All vehicles except light commercial vehicles and commercial vehicles are equipped with car navigation systems as standard.

Are ETC devices equipped?

All vehicles, including commercial vehicles, are equipped with an ETC device. Please prepare your own ETC card.

Can I request a smoking vehicle?

Currently, only non-smoking vehicles are available.

Are e-cigarette users considered smokers?

Yes, they are. Smoking vehicles are not available.

What is the period for studless tires?

They are equipped from around the second week of October to around the second week of May.
