About Vehicle Delivery Service
SAPPORO RENTA LEASE offers a "Vehicle Delivery Service" where we prepare a car in advance and deliver it to your specified location in Sapporo city and its suburbs (Chitose, Otaru, Iwamizawa areas, etc.).
The delivery fee is 1,650 yen (tax included) for Sapporo city and 6,600 yen (tax included) for Sapporo suburbs (Chitose, Otaru, Iwamizawa areas, etc.). Each fee is for a one-way trip.

About Cancellation Fees
Cancellations and reservation changes are accepted only by phone. If you cancel a reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply. If we do not hear from you more than one hour after the reservation time, your reservation will be treated as a "cancellation."

Payment Methods
Payment is by one-time credit card payment only. Please note that we do not handle cash payments.
Customers who booked online should access the URL provided in the reservation confirmation email and enter their credit card information. The card usage date will be your departure date. For reservations made by phone, please pay by credit card at each store before departure.
To prevent unauthorized use due to theft of information such as credit card numbers and to ensure safe credit card use, our company uses the identity verification service "EMV 3D Secure" recommended by international brands.
To use EMV 3D Secure, it is necessary to send information about the customer to the card issuing company.

■Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The following personal information collected by our company from customers will be provided to the card issuing company used by the customer for the purpose of detecting and preventing unauthorized use by the card issuing company.
Name, phone number, email address, information regarding internet usage environment, etc.
If the card issuing company used by the customer is located in a foreign country, this information may be transferred to the country to which the issuing company belongs. Since our company cannot identify the card issuing company used or the country where it is located from the information collected from customers, we cannot grasp and provide information regarding the following personal information protection measures.
・Name of the foreign country where the recipient is located ・Information regarding the personal information protection system in that country
・Personal information protection measures of the issuing company
In addition, the Personal Information Protection Commission's website (https://www.ppc.go.jp/ ) provides information on personal information protection systems in various countries. If the customer is a minor, they shall use this service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
■About Safety Management Measures
All or part of the information obtained from customers may be provided to a business contractor in the United States. We will store the information after confirming that necessary and appropriate measures are being taken by such business contractor for the safe management of information. Also, please settle any overtime charges, fuel costs, etc., at each store upon return. For long-term rentals such as weekly or monthly, if the extension becomes long, you may be asked to settle the payment once. Please consult with the rental store.

In case of an accident
If you cause an accident and damage the vehicle while using a rental car, you will be responsible for the following amounts as a non-operation charge (NOC) for the vehicle's repair period, regardless of the extent of damage or the time required for repair.
① If the vehicle is returned to the scheduled office: 20,000 yen
② If the vehicle is not returned to the scheduled office: 50,000 yen
※The non-operation charge (NOC) will be borne even if you have joined the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) system.
